Ethiopia Mission

“And this gospel of kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations, and then shall the end come.” – Matthew 24:14

“And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” -Revelation 14:6-7

NOTE: The date on the banner is seven years behind the actual date of this crusade (2019). An Ethiopian year is comprised of 13 months, and is seven years behind the Gregorian calendar. In fact, Ethiopians celebrated the new millennium on September 11, 2007; this is because the Ethiopians continued with the same calendar that the Roman church amended in 525 AD.

The message of the third angel of Revelation 14:9, which includes the messages of the first and second angels (Revelation 14:6-12), is to be preached in all the world, to prepare the inhabitants therein for the “great and dreadful day of the Lord”(Malachi 4:5). It is a worldwide message, containing a worldwide warning. We at Living Manna Ministries have been blessed by the Lord with the opportunity to fulfil this commission, not only via the internet and various virtual media platforms, but on a more direct, personal level. Although our ministry base is located in the United States, our mission trip to Africa in 2019 spawned many loving personal, as well as working relationships, all to God’s eternal glory. While we were there conducting meetings and developing new relationships, we were led by the Lord not to just leave the nation of Ethiopia, go home to America, and leave them on their own. No, my friends; we felt immediately impressed to begin praying for the Lord to open doors that would lead
to a continual evangelistic relationship with individuals, groups, ministries, and churches in Ethiopia to further the gospel, win souls to the kingdom of God, and prepare a people for the coming worldwide crisis and the soon return of Jesus Christ our Savior and King. The global pandemic that gripped the world a few months after our return to the U.S. considerably slowed our plans, but we continue to pray for a door to be opened to return to Ethiopia for future missions. We have kept in contact with the Eastern Ethiopia Union Mission President, the Mission Field President, and the Mission Field Executive Secretary. However, we need your assistance in fulfilling this overseas mission. This will require a team of saints dedicated and committed to spreading this message to the ends of the earth. Will you consider connecting with us, and joining the Living Manna foreign mission team by your generous gift of benevolent love? We thank you in advance for your blessed support of this work.

Our evangelistic team including Brother Bridges, Elder Mills, the church leaders, members, new baptismal candidates, and family and friends join in the five-mile baptism celebration march to the river for baptisms by immersion on Sabbath afternoon, the last day of our one-month crusade.
